To receive a full refund, items must be returned (free) within 15 days of receiving your camera. Similarly, any disputes regarding the product received must be filed within 15 days of delivery.

Our dash cameras are reliable and durable; however, legally we can not guarantee that our cameras will always capture a crash. This is very unlikely but unforeseen circumstances are possible.
